REFUND POLICY

In general, any paid service that should be provided and EduConnect’s ability to provide shall be refunded in case not fulfilled by EduConnect.
Every paid service will have it’s own refund policy, please liaise with your education advisor or email info@educonnect.ae to verify your refund policy.
In case of free services where the student pays directly to a third party (our partner institutions e.g. Colleges and Universities abroad) the refund policy shall be explained by our team, however, it is your responsibility to review refund policy through third party communication channels (third partý’s website or direct contacts).
In case EduConnect collects fees on behalf of a third party, EduConnect will be committed to the same refund policy provided by the third party excluding processing fees incurred by EduConnect.
Refund is only applicable for payments done through EduConnect official payment channels (EduConnect bank account or online payment gateway) and with an official invoice provided by EduConnect.
